Passivhaus Windows

The Passivhaus windows are not the windows type in the proper sense. The term Passivhaus window refers to the insulating properties of the window. Passivhaus window has a very high insulation value. The heat transfer coefficient Uw must be in accordance with the PH standards, respectively, less than or equal to 0.8 W/m2K.

Each window with a U-value of less than or equal to 0.8 W/m2K is therefore a Passivhaus window and, according to the current energy savings regulations suitable for use in passive houses.

Passivhaus windows are not restricted to use in passive houses only. These windows can be used in both – renovation of old buildings and any new construction. Passivhaus windows increase the comfort of living and contribute significantly to a reduction in heating costs!
